I’m very pleased to present the first T-shirt order of 2019.
These high-quality Hanes tagless t-shirts are available (for now!) in sizes L and XL to those who buy a ticket for the 2019 LION Summit, while supplies last.
Because, look: We have been hard at work building out a conference program — Elizabeth Green from the American Journalism Project was our first announcement, but we have more announcements coming from some of the best and brightest working in local journalism today. And it’s going to be my first chance to meet many of you face-to-face, so personally, I’m really looking forward to October.
So it’s really not like our members, or those curious about LION Publishers or our members and their mission, need an extra incentive to sign up. But just in case you’d be swayed by our sweet new merchandise, head to the Eventbrite. You’ll not only get to sign up at the early-bird ticket rate, but we’ll include the shirt, sent to your home (or office, we don’t judge) with proof of purchase.
For those who’ve asked: Yes, we’ll have T-shirts at the Summit, and in more sizes. We’ll also add an order form on this site in the coming days, so you can get T-shirts that way as well. But if you want one today, and you haven’t signed up for a ticket yet, now’s your chance.
