LION members now have free access to new AI-powered tools from Rolli
These tools can help members track disinformation, find experts, meet deadlines, and more.
LION Publishers is pleased to announce a new partnership with Rolli, which will provide all LION members with free access to Rolli’s platform, including its suite of AI-powered tools designed to support efficient newsgathering and accurate reporting.
This suite of tools can empower journalists to work more efficiently, meet tight deadlines, discover diverse experts who are vetted for their platform, and track and challenge disinformation.
Key features
- Diverse database of expert sources: Quickly find and interview the right sources for your stories. Whether you use keywords or detailed descriptions, Rolli’s AI will match you with the exact expert you need.
- Social media and disinformation detection: Leverage Rolli’s award-winning Information Tracer to identify inauthentic and coordinated behaviors on social media, track disinformation and bot accounts, see who is sharing and spreading disinformation, and analyze trending topics up to 10x faster! Developed with support from the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ).
- Concierge booking services: Submit a custom booking request, and Rolli’s team will help you find the perfect expert, available to meet your deadline. Simply share your requirements at rolliapp.com/booking to get started.
Rolli was recently mentioned as a top AI tool recommended by experts in this post from the Global Investigative Journalism Network: New AI and Large Language Model Tools for Journalists: What to Know. Its Information Tracer and app were of particular interest.
Thanks to an investment from the Glen Nelson Center at American Public Media Group, all of Rolli’s tools are offered at no cost to LION members. This initiative is part of APMG’s Press Forward movement, which is dedicated to strengthening communities by revitalizing local news.
Active LION members can find more information about Rolli and the member-only code to access this benefit by signing into the new member portal. If members have any questions or need assistance, they can reach out to hello@rolliapp.com.
