How to Measure Impact
About this Course:
This course will cover how to define, measure and track the impact your journalism is having on your community. It will provide news leaders with frameworks, tools and best practices for articulating how their news business is making a difference, what progress looks like and how to act on the insights gained along the way.
About the Instructor:
Rosemary D’Amour is Senior Manager, Media Impact Strategy & Engagement at Impact Architects. She has more than ten years of experience in journalism, international development, philanthropy, and local government. She received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Boston University, and her master’s degree in International Media from American University, where her studies focused on the rapidly changing global media environment and subsequent impact on access to and participation in civic life. She is based in the Washington, D.C. area.
